                                        Health Guarantee:

* For this health guarantee to be valid, buyer must take this puppy received to their license veterinarian within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving her/him for a health examination at buyer's expense.

* A copy of this veterinarian's visit must be sent back to the seller within two business days or guarantee is null and void.

* Puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming at time of sale * This puppy is in sound health at the time of sale. A shipped puppy will endure some stress. Puppy is not covered to illness due to stress. Coccidia, giardia, hypoglycemia, are not covered under this guarantee. Puppies should not be taken to public areas until after all puppy vaccinations are administered (as recommended by your licensed veterinarian). Puppies are not guaranteed against these puppy diseases because there is no way to insure against them until all their vaccinations and worming has been given.

* Seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises for diapproval of mom, dad, boyfriend, girlfriend, significant other or land lord.  Allergies to animal, didn't bond with the puppy or any other reason not stated are not covered on this guarantee. Only life threatening genetic defects is covered!.

 * Minor defects that are of little effect on the animal's health are not covered. This would include: overbite, under bite, hernia, etc. Puppies are sold as companion pets. Some are breeding quality but not guaranteed. All puppies are socialized and in seemingly good temperament but cannot be guaranteed. Temperament can be altered by the purchaser.

* All veterinarian charges incurred by purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

* There is no guarantee against negligence. Purchaser must take great care to protect pet from getting lost, stolen or from danger and abuse. *

                                    Terms of Replacement:

* If within seven days of stated purchase date, the buyer's veterinarian discovers a birth defect that would severely interfere with the life function or mobility and is life threatening of the puppy described, puppy will be replaced (no cash refund). Buyer is responsible for all shipping and transport cost of a replacement puppy The buyer must send back the registration papers and ship back the defective puppy at the buyer's expense before the replacement pup is shipped. This guarantee does not include coccidia, guardia or hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia,coccidia,guardia and other conditions may occur if the puppy does not eat or if becomes cold overheated, stressed or becomes ill or contacts from another dog or puppy.

* Puppies covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. There will be no cash refunds.

* Replacements puppy must be of the same quality and price range. If price of replacement puppy is higher, buyer pays the difference. It is understood that replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents as the original puppy.

* Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on replacement puppy.

* There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, mange or autoimmune disorders that are not covered under this guarantee.

* There is no guarantee regarding the size of the puppy at maturity.

                               Death Replacement:

 * If within 3 months puppy should pass away, seller needs to be notified within that day.

* Seller will request an autopsy be done at buyer's expense to determine cause of death.

* If death is due to a birth defect, seller will replace puppy as soon as possible or available.

* Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for replacement puppy.

 * Autopsy report will need to be faxed, mailed or delivered to seller with veterinarian's phone number. So seller can discuss details of autopsy with your veterinarian.

* Buyer must send the registration and microchip from puppy (if applicable) back to seller before replacement puppy is shipped. NO CASH REFUNDS!!! * We are not responsible for any vet bills that may occur during the life of the puppy through adulthood.

* This contract is null and void if terms and conditions are not followed or fulfilled.

* We do our absolute best to breed quality puppies for pets as possible and take pride in doing so.
